Waiver of Liability
In addition, by clicking the button below, you are agreeing to the following Waiver of Liability:
I hereby state that I wish to participate in Seattle Sound Striders walks as I am able and interested. I recognize any outdoor activity may involve certain dangers, including but not limited to the hazards of walking in the urban environment and the actions of participants and other persons. I further understand and agree that this waiver of liability is necessary to protect the volunteers that lead Strider walks and other participants.
I understand that in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo to be used for any legitimate purpose by Sound Striders.
In consideration of the right to participate in the walks organized by Seattle Sound Striders, I agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Strider volunteers and participants from any and all liability, claims and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with my participation.
I personally assume all risks in connection with these walks. The terms of this agreement shall serve as a release and indemnity agreement for my heirs, personal representative, and for all members of my family.
I have read this release and indemnity agreement and have fully informed myself of its contents before I agree to it by ticking the box and clicking the Join Sound Striders button below.
